Cover for the extruder on a Ender 3 V3 KE so you can use a 4010 or 4020 fan for the heatbreak. There are other models out there but I wanted the side fans to be separately removable so you can easily swap the nozzle without removing the 4020 heatbreak fan. You could also use this model without the center piece and the original fan.

I used this model as a reference, but my Ender seems so have a offset of 1,5 mmm for the heatbreak. So I have included two versions of the center piece, one with a offset and one without.

Other needed parts are apart from the original screws and fans

• a 24v 4010 or 4020 fan (and probably a micro JST 1.25mm connector unless you are willing to cut of from the original fan)
• 4 M3x30mm screws for attaching the 4020 fan to the center piece
• 4 M3x6mm screws for attaching the side panels

Print instructions

• Can all be printed without supports
• Print the side panels on the flat side
• Print the center on the backside
• Print the top upside down

I suggest you use material that can withstand some heat (I used ASA)
