Overview

Upgrade your Centauri Carbon 2 with this optimized purge waste ramp. Designed specifically to handle poop/purge material more efficiently than the alternative solutions, this ramp ensures your printing area stays clean and jam-free by directing waste safely to the rear of the printer.

Why this design?

Many existing ramps suffer from a shallow incline, causing purge material to stack up and eventually clog the chute. This version features an increased steep angle specifically engineered to prevent "hang-ups." The steeper geometry uses gravity to its advantage, ensuring every purge slide hits the bin every single time.

Required Accessories

To complete the setup, you will need a collection bin (waste box) placed at the exit of the ramp. I personally use bins available at new-plastic.it, which fit perfectly with this rear-exit configuration.

Recommended Print Settings

To achieve the best results, material choice is key:

• Recommended Material: PETG,ABS or ASA.
• Perimeters: 3
• Infill: 15-20% is more than enough.
• Supports: Minimal or none (depending on your orientation).
