I took a teen entrepreneur class where you make your own business. At the end of the class there was a shark tank, and whoever won got $100!!!!!!! So me and my friend were taking the class, and we thought we would make a 3D printing business because we both had printers. So we work all winter on our business, and when it came to the day of the shark tank we really hoped we would win… But we didn't :( After the judges announced the winner they asked us if we could print some mountain lion (that's the school mascot) fidget toys for the next launch day, so we said yes.
I designed this in Fusion 360 with a hinge I designed so that you could use it on any model (I'll post it on my club once I have enough followers, so make sure to follow me if you like flexi toys!). After that we just had to print 800 of them. Which took a long time. A really long time. So long that it took almost 10 DAYS of printing time to print all of the ones I needed to print (I printed 600, and my friend will do the rest). So basically I couldn't print anything but mountain lions for 10 days.
Now I'm finished and I added a lot off time to my printer.
Printing Settings:
I printed it with 5% infill and it worked good for not using too much filament, but you can just go with 15% if you want to.
