Upside down bottle holder.

I made a smaller variant which is 4cm diameter wide for smaller bottles and a bigger version that has a 7cm diameter wide in order to allow for thicker bottles. Though you could scale it evenly on all sides to get a diameter you need.

Please only print these if you have bottles that cannot support itself, otherwise it'd be literal plastic waste.

I would advice to print the bottle holder as is in terms of positioning. Your general print settings will be fine, though keep in mind that there is a lot of overhang which doesn't need supports, but might need sanding depending on how your printer handles overhangs overal.
