104pcs Pencil Box

Description

This is a solid pencil box designed to hold 104 pencils. This was designed for my mother as she wanted to get back into colouring and art, but wanted to have something tough and easy to use to store her colouring pencils.

The trays designed to hold the pencils have been designed for Crayola Colouring Pencils which feature a diameterof under under 8mm. Any pencil this size or smaller will fit without issue.

Components

There are 3 components to this holder:

• The main case
• The case lid
• The pencil trays

The case is designed to hold 4 trays, each storing 26 pencils.

Software used

All design work, assembly and rendering was performed in Fusion 360.

File formats

The following file formats are being made available:

• f3d - Fusion 360 archive containing the original designs, sketches and design history.
• stl - Printable parts
