This outlet cover was designed to keep the charging adapter from coming out of the wall. This particular one is powering a water fountain for cats and although they don't chew on the chord, they do play around the water fountain and often end up unplugging the charger.
This was designed for a standard duplex US outlet/receptacle.
The charging block used here is 22.0mm x 38.1mm.
