Updated Carriage mount
The original was hitting the right Z extrusion so I moved the chain connector all the way to the left side of the mount and that provides enough clearance.
I hacked up 2 chain links for the frontside and backside of the cable chain. Print one of each. I also printed 18 of diogosantos88's standard links and clips for the Pro and ddemeterco reports 26 for the Max. The link with the cutout goes on the X carriage side so the cables do not have to bend around and down at a 90 degree angle.Print the carriage mount on its back with the prongs facing up and you should not need supports for any of them; at least I did not.
Original design was from diogosantos88 for the Ender 3. I like the link design. They print easy and hold fairly well. Thank, diogosantos88!
- Note, you will probably lose a little Z height. I have not verified how much but before you go through the hassle know it will cost you a little height....
