Hi!

I designed this for my Ender 3 Pro with linear rail on y-axis to reduce the vertical ripples and to improve the stiffness in general and to also eliminate some resonances.

You can adjust the Z height of the support to fit it in. Could also be that you have to unscrew the bolts a bit of the y-axis for a plane fit.
Do not forget to tighten them again.

For one support you need 8 M3x14 with washers and standard t-nuts.
