Have you ever thought about repurposing your old laptop charger instead of throwing it away?

I decided to give mine a second life by turning it into a modern USB-C charging station. I bought a 4-port USB-C charging module (link below) and designed a custom case to hold it securely, allowing me to charge multiple devices using my old 165W laptop power adapter.

The case is compact, functional, and helps reduce e-waste. Perfect for your desk, workshop, or travel setup!

PCB used: link
Power supply: I used a 165W Dell laptop charger (It can work with others too)
Compatibility: Supports all modern charging standards including USB Power Delivery (PD), QC, and others – ideal for phones, tablets, laptops, and more.

Features: 4x USB-C output, clean and tight-fitting enclosure, efficient space usage
Print instructions: G-code includes a pause (M0) so you can insert the PCB during the print before the enclosure is fully sealed – no need for screws or glue.
Printing: Prints without supports. Designed for easy, clean results with PLA or PETG.

If you also have a drawer full of unused laptop chargers, give this project a try – and turn e-waste into a practical charging solution!
