This is my attempt at a Linear rail modification. Its a work in progress but its now fitted, tested and working fine.

You will need 3x 12mm Linear rails a selection of M3 'T' nuts and bolts but you can reuse existing items as most of the parts act as spacers.

You will not need to remove or alter any of the Belts on any axis this was the idea of the mod as I didn't want to get involved in that so thats why there are 2 rails on the Y axis.

I have Dampers fitted so the X axis cover spacer is tailored to fit that reusing the existing m3 bolts.

Everything is printed in PLA at 30% infill.

You will need to remove the X axis rollers and plate and replace with a cut and drilled Aluminium 'L' section. Optional to Tap n Die the hot end into the ali plate or just drill through and bolt on as I have done.

The Y axis rollers are removed and my 'X shaped carrier bed carrier plate' had extra holes already in it so I designed my base bracket to cater to that as in top view image supplied. The bracket connecting to the Y axis linear rails has a tag on it to hit the Y axis stop switch.

The Petfang I just reissued that design belongs to another member on Thingverse but fits perfectly with this design.

It will also be very easy to modify to take a BL Touch or Ezabel gadget to the design.
