This is a project that I'm using as a learning exercise in 3D modeling. The models and remixes were made using TinkerCAD.
I started the design for the base with a filament sensor holder that fit on the top horizontal gantry. from there I lenghtened the shelf and added support for the Sunlu S2 filament dryer by recessing the feet, adding a back brace that can be either screwed or affixed to the dryer using mounting tape and modded an S2 stabilizer https://www.printables.com/model/351310-sunlu-s2-stabiliser-v4 to screw the dryer to the base
using longer screws.
On the hot end, I just used the extruder mount https://www.printables.com/model/700269-neptune-4-plus-extruder-mount-mit-filament-sensor for the PTFE attachment. On the dryer end, I used https://www.printables.com/model/1018695-sunlu-s2-ptfe-port-sunlu-s2-ptfe-anschluss-update mounting it with screews and mounting tape. The Bowden Tube is a Capricorn https://a.co/d/72uLnaH and connect fittings are from https://a.co/d/a2LeABs
The model is assembled using mostly M4 Hex bolts and nuts, with 2 M3 bolts and nuts. (Amazon https://a.co/d/aX4fpGy)
I used bearings that I had on hand to route the PTFE tube, (Amazon. https://a.co/d/cKS3AuW)
