Spare part for Tesa tape dispenser (see first image).

Features:

• Compatible with 26mm inner diameter tape roles. Is flexible enough to allow for slight variances in diameter.
• One side of the roller is tapered for easier roll changes.
• Uses very little material and prints fast.

My print settings:

• Prusa Mini
• PrusaSlicer using the standard Prusa Mini "Draft" profile
• 0.4mm nozzle
• 0.25m layer height
• 0% infill
• PLA

Roller with stem all-in-one (all_in_one.stl)

• Needs supports

You can alternatively print the roller and stem individually.

Roller:

• 1 perimeter only

Stem (regular version, stem.stl)

• 2 perimeters

Please note, you only need to print one of the two stem versions.

Stem (vase mode, stem_vase.stl)

• Print in vase mode without solid top and bottom layers.
• Pros compared to regular vesion:
  • Prints faster
  • Uses less material
• Note: You can print the regular stem.stlin vase mode for a slightly looser fit.
