Summary
Print as many of these things as you want, and arrange to make your own hanging garden for a sunny window.
You will need to make holes in the models to pass string through to hang them up. I used superglue to fix the base thingies inside the bottom of each planter to keep them from moving around too much. I also printed a base thing for the bottom planter too but I scaled it up by 25% to fit. My bottom planter wasn't fully watertight, but a couple coats of nail varnish sorted that out pretty quickly.
Enjoy!
Post-Printing
Drill or melt holes into the sides of the planters.
Fix the base plates into the bottom of the planters.
Tie the planters together however you wish, trying to get them level.
Attach to a piece of wood or something - I tied all the strings to a bamboo pole, and then hung the pole up by a window with little hooks.
Fill with potting soil or other planting medium (I used coir) and add plants.
Carefully hang the contraption up, without dropping the whole thing behind a set of shelves and getting potting soil everywhere :)
