The printed part consists of the car tray plus the phone stand section. If you don’t need the phone stand, you can skip printing that portion.

The cup holder is designed to fit 78mm cups—suitable for most cars. If your cup size is smaller or larger, please contact me separately to customize it.

 

II. Product Details

The complete version includesthe phone stand. The print file already contains the phone stand, which can be directly attached using the original tray’s mounting screws. If you don’t need the phone stand, you can omit printing it.

The stand and tray can both rotate 360 degrees. Tightening the screw locks them in place

IV. Product Assembly

 

Installing the phone stand is relatively straightforward.

 

IV. Notes:

  1. For indoor use, we recommend printing with PETG or ABS.
  2. PETG has been rigorously tested for strength; even two-layer walls demonstrate excellent structural integrity. In actual printing, we configured four layers for enhanced durability, ensuring stability even during bumpy driving conditions. Both thickness and strength have been optimized.
  3. Two to three rubber bands are required, depending on their tensile strength, to provide more secure phone holding.
  4. If you require custom dimensions, please contact us for tailored adjustments.
