In daily I park in underground garages, and Tesla can automatically turn on the air conditioner to control the temperature according to the temperature in the car. After comprehensive use of scenes, the whole set of works is printed and made of PETG material.

All accessories adopt a double-screw nut locking structure, which is firmly attached and does not loosen, and is not easy to shift and fall off during driving. Structurally, it solves the core pain point of vehicle accessories shaking and abnormal noise. At the same time, adhering to the concept of non-destructive loading, there is no need to paste glue or punch holes in the car in the whole process. Relying on mortise and tenon joint splicing, slider clamping and thread fastening, all modules can be quickly installed and disassembled at will, and the disassembly and assembly are convenient without damaging the interior trim of the original car.

tissue box (including TESLA Logo):The car lacks a place to put paper for hand-wiping, the tissue box is made just on the back of the main bracket for convenient extraction, and the closed chute cover plate is designed to prevent the tissue package from being lifted when it is convenient to extract;

3. Storage partition box: Carers who do not need tissue boxes can use partition storage boxes. On the basis of the original tissue box, an internal partition layer is added (one or two layers can be printed according to demand).

4. Parking sign: contact information shall be reserved for outdoor temporary parking, and hidden parking number plate shall be integrated. The parking sign is compatible with the closed chute cover plate and can be used as a locking device for the storage box and tissue box cover plate, which can prevent the cover plate from shifting when driving. The stop sign number can be set within the slicing software. (When not in use, the parking sign can be extracted to prevent number leakage in the box)

takes the central control screen back main bracket as the core base and relies on 3D printing elastic buckle with screw gasket for non-destructive fixation without changing the original vehicle structure. It is the load-bearing body of the whole set of expansion system and is suitable for vehicles (TESLA MODEL3/Y) with screen width of 33-36cm and thickness of 1.5cm. In the design stage, the
mobile phone bracket focuses on strengthening the driving seismic stability, abandoning the redundant pitch adjustment structure, fitting the original vehicle central control screen viewing angle, and viewing the navigation view is comfortable and natural. It only supports flexible fine adjustment of the upper and lower positions, and is matched with a double screw locking structure to completely eliminate the problems of bracket deviation and mobile phone shaking caused by vehicle driving vibration.

The following is the assembly steps, according to the steps can be assembled.

First assemble the main bracket part. Prepare all prints.
First slide the inside cover from the chute into the installation space for the clamping bracket. Then insert the left clamping piece into the large spring piece in line with the empty position.
Then push the sliding cover to the left to the end, clip in the right clamping piece and install the large spring. Then use a coin to tighten the two sliding cover fixing screws.
Next, install the mobile phone bracket part. Prepare all prints. Install the clamping piece of the mobile phone holder as shown in the figure (pay attention to the direction), and then clip the small spring.
Then use the 4 small screws of the mobile phone holder holder to fix the back plate.
Next, assemble the main bracket and the mobile phone bracket, and use two 30mm long screws and nuts to fix the connecting part of the mobile phone bracket and the main bracket in a double-screw manner. The internal nut can adjust the tension between the cantilever and the main bracket, and the screw can adjust the tension between the main bracket and the screen (combined with the tightness of the original bracket spring will be very stable). Install the screws on the left and right sides in the same way. Then one side of the mobile phone bracket can be fixed with the screws in the fifth disc of mobile phone accessories.
Then install 2 square gaskets on the left and right fixing screws of the screen of the main bracket, with threads that can be screwed into a part of the screws, and the gaskets can prevent scratched metal.
Finally, install the tissue box storage box assembly, slide it directly from the back chute and fix it with the smallest short screws (for secondary reinforcement that will vibrate during driving).
If you need to use it as a storage device, you can print the storage partition and put it in directly (it is better to adjust the ratio of the inner box according to the printing expansion ratio of your consumables to avoid being too tight or loose, I have reduced the ratio by about 0.5 at present).
If you use it as a tissue box, you can directly put in the tissue, slide it into the cover plate, and then slide the number plate into it as a stopper to prevent the slide cover from moving during driving. If you don't need a parking plate, you can delete the parts in the slicing software. The installation is complete.
Finally, take the whole assembly to the car, pull the left and right clamping parts of the main bracket and slide them in from the top of the screen, and then tighten the two fixing screws on the back.
