PETG is selected as the printing material due to its excellent impact resistance, temperature tolerance, and dimensional stability, making it well-suited for the fan’s long-term operating conditions. The 3D printing process allows precise alignment of the fan’s mounting holes with those in the enclosure, enabling a customized, airtight installation that significantly reduces air leakage.
