When it’s time to replace the string on a badminton racket, you can typically heat and reshape the string guide yourself using an electric soldering iron or a similar tool. However, during use, the racket may not always stay securely in place. To address this issue, we’ve designed this 3D‑printed fixture: simply secure it in any desired location with 2–4 countersunk M2 screws, and you’re ready to go. Just press the area where the string needs to be heated against the raised protrusion—this ensures the string stays firmly in place and doesn’t shift around.
