- We created both a two‑piece and a one‑piece version. The two‑piece design is easier to hand‑paint, though the tail is so slender that it’s prone to breaking when removing the model and dismantling supports—though if it does break, simply apply a drop of 502 glue, which won’t significantly affect the final result.
- Since my keyboard features an upper case, the ribbon on the hat was originally too long to press down properly, rendering the keyboard unusable. To address this, we produced both a version with the ribbon trimmed short and a version where the ribbon remains uncut. For keyboards without an upper case, you can print the full version with the ribbon left intact.
- This time, I used the following acrylic paints for coloring: black, white, purple, fluorescent peach, and gold.
- I experimented with printing the hat and the cat using black and purple PLA respectively, but because the white and fluorescent peach pigments lacked sufficient opacity, the color coverage was poor, so I ultimately decided to abandon those options. In the end, I achieved much better results by printing everything in white filament and then applying color afterward.
