Housing Installation Structure The entire device features a modular 3D-printed housing, secured with M3 screws. The rear incorporates an integrated mounting clip, enabling tool-free surface mounting on walls or cabinets. The housing includes pre-cut openings for a Type-C port and a buzzer, while internal locating grooves precisely accommodate electronic components, facilitating easy disassembly and maintenance.

Core Hardware Configuration The device integrates an ESP01S Wi‑Fi module for wireless signal transmission, paired with an SG90 micro servo as the actuating mechanism to physically toggle a lever. A Type‑C port supplies 5V power, complemented by a buzzer that emits audible signals during operation to indicate system status.
Applicable Use Cases This device can retrofit standard 86-type switches, bedside lamps, and small locks to enable wireless remote mechanical control. Additionally, it serves as an educational tool for makers, providing hands-on demonstrations of IoT communication, servo-driven mechanisms, and enclosure assembly, while supporting custom programming to expand functionality.
