In the 1980s, molds used for making honeycomb coal were printed as a single piece, and once printed, they could not be disassembled…
Support structures only appear during printing; if your slicing software still flags overhangs, you can safely ignore them—likely due to the small overhanging area shown in the image. Since there are no long bridges or unsupported spans, the print should complete successfully (it’s best to keep the printer’s enclosure door open).
