         Based on the MOD494 CNC adjustable power supply control board developed by cnwans, this design integrates with the Mean Well S350 24/27 power supply (hardware based on the TL494 scheme).

         Below are links to the open-source hardware documentation for the control board.

         MOD494 CNC Module – Modified TL494 Power Supply V1.2 – LCSC Open Source Hardware Platform – Shenzhen Chuangdian Youxuan Technology Co., Ltd.

         

         Panel support information: the following are DC outputs.

         One channel with a 400V–32A banana plug

         One channel with an XT60 connector

         A boat‑type switch

        “EC11 can be used with my previous models.”

 

         AC input details at the rear:

         Choose either an 8‑pin socket or a pin‑type socket.

         

         Heat‑dissipation cutouts are designed only to fit the original enclosure; they are sufficient for everyday use.

 

         Assembly requires several M3 screws (self‑tapping screws are recommended).

                                      For information regarding power supply modifications and conversions, please refer to the relevant open-source resources yourself.
