This model is designed based on SpaceX’s Starship S28+ booster B10, which was used in its third test flight on March 14, 2024.
The modeling scale is 1:100; the uploaded configuration file is intended for printing at a 1:200 scale. The finished print will be approximately 750 mm tall.
Due to the considerable height of both the Starship and the booster, they have been printed in two separate parts.
The launch tower has been printed in sections and assembled afterward, potentially requiring adhesive. Connections between the Starship, booster, and launch base utilize 34 magnets measuring 5×2 mm (with an actual thickness of 1.9 mm).
For assembly instructions, please refer to the “Instructions.pdf” document or the Bilibili video: https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV14E421G7wD/?vd_source=544ec62f87a0a7ad9b312322c5641121
Update: A thermal separation ring has been added. The assembly process has not yet been updated accordingly, but it remains quite straightforward.
