Robotic Gripper
Gear-and-Rack Transmission Mechanism uses a single SG90 servo to drive a small pinion gear, which engages an internal rack to achieve synchronized opening and closing of the dual‑finger gripper. The transmission provides tight meshing and efficient power transfer, enabling even a small servo to deliver substantial gripping force, with smooth and stable stroke movement.

Modular Shell Printed in Separate Parts The entire housing is printed in sections, with the gripper head and frame assembled independently and fastened together with screws. This design allows the gripper head to be easily swapped out for different configurations as needed. Made from lightweight PLA material, it significantly reduces the end‑effector load on compact robotic arms, making it well suited for various DIY modifications.
Practical Accessory for Makers and STEM Projects Equipped with standard three‑wire servo wiring, it connects effortlessly to microcontrollers or development boards for programmable control, ideal for robotics training and hands‑on STEM projects. It can pick up small components and its gripper shape can be freely customized to accommodate objects of varying sizes.
