This accessory is inspired by Yazi, one of the Nine Sons of the Dragon. Yazi is the second in line; according to legend, he has a fierce and combative nature, making him a auspicious beast often carved onto weapons. He is also the symbolic origin of the idiom “Yazi will surely seek revenge,” representing an uncompromising and resolute character.

In the design, the animal’s head features glaring, wide-open eyes and exposed fangs, with eight sharp teeth extending outward in all directions, capturing Yazi’s imposing presence. The eyes and mouth are inlaid with iridescent sequins that shimmer like cold, piercing light. The inner layer incorporates a repeating meander pattern that replicates the solemn texture of Shang–Zhou bronze decorations, while the stark black-and-white contrast adds an extra layer of sharp tension. The overall finish is matte, seamlessly blending Yazi’s wild, untamed power with the intricate details of traditional motifs to create an accessory style that combines raw strength with a dark, distinctly Chinese aesthetic.

② You can customize the piece by adding gemstones of your choice; just purchase an additional earring back separately. I printed this at a layer height of 0.08 mm using PETG filament in a color of your choosing.
③ If you want to print smaller ear accessories, we recommend switching to a 0.02 mm nozzle and setting the lowest possible layer height for ultra-fine detail. Alternatively, you can scale up the model to create pendants, luggage tags, or other versatile items.
④ Leave space in the model for adhesive curing—apply UV glue mixed with gold powder and let it harden. You can also customize the piece with your own preferred gemstone, making it a truly one-of-a-kind creation.
⑤ Since I dislike removing supports, I simply print flat surfaces. If you need a three-dimensional effect, just print two pieces and glue them together.
