Inspired by Guangzhou’s arcade buildings, this piece recreates the arched porticos and ornate carved details of old Xiguan architecture, rendered with a delicate, hollowed-out, vintage aesthetic. Set within the design are colorful gold-inlaid gemstones that evoke the interplay of light and shadow filtering through the latticed windows of these historic arcades, encapsulating both the century-old vibrancy of the “Sheep City” and the exotic charm of Southeast Asia in this petite accessory.
