Cor’s knuckles clicked softly against the grip of his “Deep Space Predator” tactical dagger, and within the network of fine cracks lay a sticky, orange-red moss from Zer IV—three days old. As a lone wolf in the Federation Marine Corps’ Reconnaissance Unit, he had infiltrated the derelict deep-space station “Orion Wreckage” armed with this 3D-printed combat knife, on a mission to locate his missing teammate, Leia. The station’s emergency lights flickered erratically, and fine metallic debris drifted through the metal corridors. Suddenly, Cor heard a rustling sound coming from a ventilation duct. With a swift motion, he drew the dagger; the hollow grooves along its blade glinted coldly—a design feature intended to minimize drag in zero gravity. Just as an alien creature lunged at him, the dagger struck true, piercing its chest. Orange-red bodily fluids splattered onto the white blade, yet left no trace—such is the nature of the material, sintered from powdered native bio-skeletons harvested from Zer IV. But when he finally located Leia’s comm device in the control room, the last message on the screen made his pupils contract: “Don’t look for me—this dagger is bait🚨.” And behind him, the hatch had already sealed shut without a sound.
