I had an idea: to make my thermometer less monotonous—cuter, more fun, and capable of both movement and stillness.

I like designing models that offer multiple uses—whether for convenient storage or added functionality.

So my mechanical repair dog isn’t just a thermometer case; it can also hold desiccant packets, and you can even stash valuables inside—gold rings, gold coins, diamond rings, or hundred-dollar bills.

My mechanical repair dog has a versatile sitting posture: its little head can tilt up or down, look left or right, or simply sit upright with its hands raised—it’s absolutely adorable!

It can accompany your 3D printer, constantly monitoring temperature and humidity while also absorbing moisture. You can even make it larger to hold more desiccant.

 The tightness of the screws determines how freely the limbs move.              For desiccant use, a mix of color-changing silica gel and molecular sieves works best.

The filaments used in this model are Elegoo PLAin gray, and Alice PETG in black.
