This is a custom photosensitive control module designed for the TONGZHU A1 3D printer, enabling automated device management.

1. Core Components:
The module utilizes a 24V photosensitive relay unit housed in a 3D-printed enclosure. A photosensitive resistor detects ambient light levels and automatically switches the relay on or off, implementing the logic of “power on in low light, power off in bright light.”

2. Installation and Status:
The module is securely mounted on the printer’s upright column, with the enclosure featuring a built-in heat-dissipation grille and indicator lights. A blue LED displays the power status, while a red LED signals that the relay has engaged. Wiring is neat and well-organized, ensuring compatibility with the TONGZHU A1’s power supply and installation space.

3. Practical Value:
The module can be integrated with the printer’s lighting, cooling fans, and other peripherals, automatically activating auxiliary devices during print jobs and deactivating them when the printer is idle to save energy. This enhances both user convenience and overall energy efficiency.
