I 've always wanted to make a full-print (without any metal assembly parts) modular table clamp tool system. I just met the workshop upgrade model design competition this time. I can put my ideas into action, in order to avoid the development of a hole in the wall of this table clip system.

started to design and print this thing before he went to TCT on the 17th. It took nearly a week until TCT came back to test the tolerance and strength of the printed parts,

current table clamps combine a variety of modules, including:

1. Table clamp data cable \cable organizer (7mm in diameter): the messy cables and data cables on the desktop can be summarized neatly. if necessary, I can increase other diameter sizes.
2. Cup holder beside the table: work requires timely replenishment of water. there are often tools on the table, which are easy to knock over cups carelessly. In addition, the cup body part and the back plate buckle part of the cup holder are separate pieces. If the inner diameter of the cup body is small, you can split it into an object, then scale the size of the cup body ring part and align the buckle part to print to obtain an enlarged version.
3. Table side ear rack/backpack rack: you can hang the backpack that you often use at ordinary times, or the earphone equipment that needs music when you work.
4. Deskside garbage bag rack can be used to clean up the garbage generated by the desktop in time.
5. Table holder mobile phone Magsfafe holder: The angle can be adjusted up and down, and it is provided for friends who do not need a mechanical arm holder. A round hole is reserved on the back for easy removal of the magsafe. has been uploaded to the home page.

7. Table clip mobile phone mechanical arm bracket: mechanical arm mobile phone bracket that can be used for desktop shooting or watching videos. Compatible with most sizes of mobile phones. And added magsafe modules. The mechanical arm has reserved a wire slot to facilitate the routing of mobile phone charging lines. It is recommended to choose 3 sections within the cantilever assembly, due to the toughness characteristics of 3D printing parts, the longer the connection, the greater the shaking.

8.    I have reserved a blank board for this quick release board. I can DIY the hole size to fit the screw size in your hand.

   I have also designed 160mm, 200mm and 240mm hole boards according to the hole size and spacing of IKEA hole boards, and each size has designed three styles and a total of nine styles, including hole board connectors, which have been uploaded. You can see it on my upload main page.
   The hole board can use the printed screws I designed, or you can buy and use metal screws yourself. The four corner openings are 4mm in diameter.

The printed parts include garbage bag frame, raised frame and stopper, and the number of buckles can be printed according to their own needs,
Similarly, insert the garbage bag frame first, then insert the heightening frame and stopper, and then put on the garbage bag buckle to fix it.

The assembly steps of the cantilever connector and the mobile phone clip are slightly more complicated, but they can basically be assembled when looking at the figure.

First install the mobile phone clamping module
First, use the back plate to raise the front panel with LOGO, then put the left and right clamping parts into the card slot according to the figure, pay attention to the direction, and clamp in the direction of LOGO,
Then load the spring, pay attention to the direction of the spring, and then put the bottom support, pay attention to the direction.
Then put into the back plate and tighten the four screws. Pressing the bottom will make the clamping parts on both sides fall apart for easy placement into the mobile phone, and will automatically clamp after placement.
Next install the cantilever part
Cantilever card slot remember to go in one direction to facilitate the later data line.
According to their own needs, choose the size of screws and nuts for assembly (three sizes of screws are designed for everyone to choose from). The bottom screw needs to choose the smallest 22mm diameter to avoid jamming the rotating part of the table clamp (the cylinder is not a ball head). The ball head piece is connected to the phone clip.
The desktop clamping quick release board is also consistent with other module installation methods, and is fixed by the stopper to prevent pulling out.
Tighten the screws of the quick release panel after inserting the attachment to prevent the cantilever from turning.
First, insert the nut into the ball head, then press the ball head into the hole on the back of the mobile phone clamp, and then tighten the nut. Different consumables have different flexibility (reserve 2 sizes for the nut, and select the nut with appropriate tightness to install it)
The magsafe support can be removed as soon as it is plugged in from the hole direction, and the installation is consistent with that of the mobile phone clip.
Finally, install the cantilever cover plate. The cover plate is installed in the direction of the groove and can be determined according to your routing direction.
