Shanhai Jing Mecha Series 95 – “Si” Type III: A Single-Horned Heavy Artillery Main Battle Tank

This series features mecha designs inspired by mythical creatures from the Shanhai Jing. Other notable series include the Bagua Mecha (based on renowned mountains and rivers across China’s provinces, such as Chaohu Lake, Mount Lishan, Badaling, and Namtso Lake) and the Mythical Mecha (featuring characters from Chinese mythology, including Sun Wukong, Yang Jian, and the Ox Demon King).

The Shanhai Jing series is further subdivided into multiple sub‑series, including the Biological Form Series, Mechanical Form Series, Fighter Aircraft Series, Flying Vehicle Series, Warship Series, Combat Vehicle Series, Tank Series, Multi‑Purpose Engineering Armored Vehicle Series, Rotary Engineering Armored Vehicle Series, Engineering Armored Truck Series, and Military Armored Train Series, among others.

This particular model represents the second design iteration of the Main Battle Tank.

Simple to assemble, easy to handle, quick to customize, highly reliable—less likely to fail or get damaged during assembly!

Note: 1. If the parts are difficult to press together by hand, simply use the tool hammer provided on the homepage, align it with the locking tabs, and gently tap it into place.

        2. To prevent print failures, it’s best to apply a thin layer of adhesive or a light mist of release agent to the print bed—most printing issues stem from an overly smooth print surface.

No supports are required for printing (though if your build plate isn’t sufficiently adhesive, you can add a skirt around the base). Assembly requires no glue or hardware—just apply firm pressure or give a gentle tap with a small mallet if parts feel a bit tight. This is an exceptionally convenient Chinese-style assembly model!

Si:

A type of ancient beast resembling a rhinoceros—its body is cow-like, covered in thick black fur, and adorned with a single horn on its head. The hide of the Si is extraordinarily tough, making it ideal for crafting armor.
