Design Concept:

The packaging box for small gifts features a playful, mischievous design—its surface is densely populated with screws that must all be unscrewed to remove the top lid. To further enhance the element of surprise, the top lid incorporates an additional hidden latch that requires the decorative ribbon to be rotated to a specific angle before it can be opened. In addition, a separate, non‑trick version has been designed—perfect for everyday use and ideal as a versatile storage container.

This design is not an AMS creation; you can freely choose any color you like and print it in your preferred hues.

Assembly is incredibly straightforward: Align the central cross‑shaped spacer with the corresponding cross‑shaped recess on the lid, insert the decorative ribbon, ensuring the correct orientation of the snap‑fit tabs, then simply connect them to the circular locking mechanism. A small locking block can be inserted into the center of the bottom snap‑fit—though this step is optional. Depending on the shrinkage characteristics of your printing material, you may need to slightly adjust the size of the locking block (a small rectangular prism) to achieve optimal fit.
