The design is both minimalist and highly functional, featuring a modular architecture that’s easy to assemble. It effectively removes dust, burrs, and moisture from 3D printing filaments, which can significantly enhance print quality and consistency.

Printing Recommendations

We recommend using wear‑resistant materials such as PLA or ABS to maximize the lifespan of your prints. If possible, opt for higher resolution settings to achieve finer details—adjust the layer height to between 0.1 and 0.12 mm for optimal results.

Assembly Instructions

Begin by using a short length of filament as a guide shaft, then securely connect the two components into a single unit. You’ll also need to prepare two small sponge pads—ideally sized to fit snugly along the sides of the housing while protruding approximately 3 mm above the housing’s surface. This design ensures that the filament is firmly clamped in place without generating excessive friction. If sponges aren’t available, you can substitute with cotton or soft, absorbent paper towels. Simply clamp the material directly onto the exposed filament during use. After a period of operation, check the sponges for any signs of contamination and replace them regularly as needed.
