Inspired by the iconic tail of Pokémon’s Pikachu, this night light features a playful yet captivating design that ingeniously blends the imagery of a light bulb with a lightning bolt.

Applications

This 3D‑printed model can serve as a charming night light, perfect for placement in bedrooms, on desks, or other spaces—providing soft, ambient illumination while adding a touch of whimsy to the environment.

Printing Recommendations

For the light bulb component, we recommend using transparent PLA to maximize light transmission, while the tail section should be printed in yellow PLA for striking visual contrast. To ensure fine details remain crisp and well-defined, we suggest printing at a relatively low layer height.

Assembly Instructions

Once printing is complete, thread the middle of the yellow lightning‑bolt tail through a small LED strip or string lights, then route the power cable out through the screw‑in port at the base of the light bulb. Secure the cable in the center of the transparent bulb, connect it to a power source, and you’re ready to enjoy this delightful lighting fixture!
