Since commercially available ultrasonic cleaners are often too bulky and tend to have an industrial aesthetic, it was difficult to find a design suitable for home use. Therefore, we redesigned the housing while keeping costs low; the complete ultrasonic cleaning system came out to approximately 140 yuan, with a power rating of 180 W. Compared to market prices around 400 yuan, this represents a significant cost reduction, making it ideal for those who own a 3D printer. As for applications, it can be used to clean photopolymer resins, remove rust from gears, clean jewelry, and more. The bill of materials will be uploaded later.
