A modular, expandable desktop electronics storage rack designed for FDM printing, featuring an aluminum-profile-inspired assembly structure
Prints with zero supports, easy PLA printing, and open-source STEP files
Customizable dimensions, scalable expansion or reduction of components, no hardware required (e.g., mounting a fan only needs screws), and theoretically unlimited stacking
Real-world usage examples
The basic configuration includes:
1. Storage shelves and trays (for routers, external hard drives, Switch consoles, etc.)
2. Phone holder
3. Cable management rack (for small items like wristbands)
4. Headphone holder
5. Cooling fan bracket (with cutouts to accommodate both 8mm and 4mm fans)

Quick assembly tips:
1. First sort the T-shaped connectors into two piles labeled A and B—no need to mix them up.
2. Locate the heated print bed; the two protrusions on this side should lie in the same plane.
As shown in the red circle in the image, the X and Z axes are coplanar.

If you need to adjust the length, use non-proportional scaling in your slicing software—simply adjust the Y dimension.

When assembling the shelf boards, note that one short edge lacks a sliding groove; this side’s beams and columns should be assembled last.

To resize the shelf boards, we recommend using your slicing software to splice, cut, copy, and then reassemble—adjusting dimensions alone can distort the sliding grooves.
Alternatively, you can directly modify the STEP file in your modeling software.
