I’ve incorporated a HEPA filter module from my exhaust filtration box—please visit my exhaust filtration box project (mw and mr) for more details.
The fan I’m using is a 12038 12V model, powered via a 4‑pin to DC adapter cable. The DC connector on the adapter is secured in the side-mounted hole, then connected to a 12V power adapter; if you need voltage regulation, you can opt for a variable‑output power adapter. For secure mounting, I employed an interference fit—though if you’re concerned about stability, you can reinforce the connection with hot melt glue or adhesive.
We’re currently testing a built‑in PWM speed control solution as well as a Type-C power supply option—stay tuned for updates!
