This accessory draws its inspiration from the mythical beast Zheng described in the “Western Mountains Chapter” of the Classic of Mountains and Seas. Zheng is an ancient, otherworldly creature said to roam Mount Zhang’e; legend has it that it resembles a red leopard, with five tails and a single horn, and its roar sounds like stones being struck—truly a mystical spirit of the mountains and forests.

In the design, the main body takes the form of a wholly white, animal-shaped figure, with a proud single horn and five tails that spread out like flames, faithfully recreating Zheng’s iconic silhouette. At the tip of each tail is set a play-of-color opal, whose subtle, shifting glow echoes the image of “a sound like stones being struck,” capturing the creature’s lively essence. The outer frame features an openwork pattern of auspicious clouds, evoking mist and haze that gently envelop the beast and enhance its ethereal presence. The entire piece is rendered in a warm, smooth white-wax texture, replicating the exquisite craftsmanship of traditional jade carving with pierced designs, thus condensing the wild yet spiritual aura of the mythical creature from the Classic of Mountains and Seas into a compact form and presenting an accessory style that combines a cool, refined aesthetic with the fantastical beauty of Chinese traditional aesthetics.

② You can customize the interior with gemstones according to your preference; just be sure to purchase an additional setting component separately. I printed this at a layer height of 0.08 mm using PETG filament, with colors of your choice.
③ If you want to print small ear accessories, we recommend switching to a 0.02-mm nozzle and setting the lowest possible layer height for maximum detail. Alternatively, if you create larger models, you can produce pendants, luggage tags, and other items—there are countless applications.
④ The model includes预留 areas for glue curing; simply apply UV glue mixed with gold powder and let it harden. You can also customize the interior with gemstones of your choice, making this a truly one-of-a-kind piece tailored just for you.
⑤ Since I dislike removing supports, I print directly on a flat surface. If you want a three-dimensional effect, just print two pieces and glue them together.
