This is a non-printed assembly that utilizes

1. One Bambulab K015 hand-crank music box component (the music box itself is blind-box style, but its dimensions should be fairly standard; there are countless variations available on Taobao)

2. One flat-head M3 × 12 screw (M3 × 10 to M3 × 20 will generally work as well)

Assembly instructions:

1. First, insert the crank into the gear slot using a spherical joint connection, which helps compensate for some rotational misalignment. Then secure the music box to the base, making sure there are no gaps between the box and the base to prevent eccentricity. Finally, fasten the gear to the box with an M3 screw.

Assemble in numerical order: 1, 2, 3, 4…10, keeping the numbers vertically aligned and facing the insertion direction

After number 10, insert the largest blank piece

Continue inserting pieces 11 through 20 along with the gears

Push pieces 1–10 and 11–20 firmly against the left and right sides, leaving a symmetrical gap in the middle. Steps 3 and 4 require tweezers and can be challenging to install; if you find them difficult, you may skip them and simply use them as reference tools to align the two sides.
