The test print was done using PLA; if PETG were used, the strength and performance would likely be even better.
The shovel is designed to be relatively large, which makes it easier and faster to clear snow and frost. In addition, the handle has been angled for a more natural grip and better ergonomics.
The tip of the window-breaking hammer is made from the mounting screws of the CC2 heated bed (a perfect example of repurposing scrap material). Although I increased the infill density at both ends of the handle to enhance its strength, to prevent accidents, I recommend inserting a sturdy metal washer inside the screw threads during assembly. This will further improve the hammer’s durability and overall performance. I also slightly enlarged the screw holes to facilitate installation; detailed photos are shown below.
