This is a mini children’s balance bike—the Hollow Little One Balance Bike (with movable wheels).

• Two-color separate printing: The yellow and gray body parts are printed as separate hollow components, which can be easily assembled later and also allow for precise control over the appearance of different colored filaments.
• Modular parts: The frame, handlebars, front and rear wheel axles, wheel covers, and small snap fasteners are all printed independently. Tolerance optimization has been applied to the axle holes and snap-fit designs, ensuring a snug and seamless assembly.
• User-friendly assembly design: All parts feature fool-proof structural designs, making it easy even for beginners to put them together; adhesive can be used for an even more secure fit if desired.

• Below are the assembly steps:

  First, prepare all the printed parts and a spool of filament.
  First, fit the inner and outer shells of the bracket together, making sure the holes align, then insert the base.
  Install the handlebar bracket and handlebars.
  The rear wheel is connected using a single spool of filament, while the front wheel is secured with screws and nuts; finally, install the rear fender.
