It’s that time of year again when silkworms begin to grow and reproduce, so we’ve designed this multifunctional rearing box.

  • It features a modular design with clearly defined functional zones, making feeding and removal of silkworm frass easy.
  • During the cocooning stage, the silkworms can effortlessly enter the cocoon chamber to spin their cocoons. The chamber measures 35×35×50 mm—an optimal size that allows the silkworms to turn around comfortably while minimizing the risk of two cocoons forming in the same chamber.
  • Ventilation holes are provided in both the bottom frass collection tray and the top protective lid to ensure adequate air circulation inside the box.
