• Hardware Required for Linear Rail + Pegboard:
  Main Frame: 8mm linear rails; 8x8 cross-shaped rail clamps; M4*16 countersunk screws; M4 nuts.
  Vertical Desktop Base: M5*30 countersunk screws, M5 nuts

  

• The quantity of hardware and printed connectors will vary depending on the size of the frame you build. Below, we take “Two layers with four boards each, no central vertical rail, with a desktop base” (the cover model) as an example,

• The reference quantities for hardware are as follows:

  Frame (1*0.5m):M4*16 countersunk screws, 32 pieces; M4 nuts, 32 pieces; 8mm*1-meter linear rails, 3 pieces; 8mm*0.5-meter linear rails, 2 pieces; 8x8 cross-shaped rail clamps, 6 pieces.

  Base (hardware version):M5*30 countersunk screws, 10 pieces; M5 nuts, 10 pieces; 8mm*1-meter linear rails, 2 pieces; 8x8 cross-shaped rail clamps, 2 pieces.

• Before printing, be sure to clearly define the overall linear rail assembly you wish to build and purchase the corresponding hardware and printed parts accordingly.

   

🧩 Printing Instructions:

• Suggested Parameters: By default, the heated bed surface should face upward; if you have other requirements, please flip the print orientation yourself.
• Material Selection: For pegboards and connectors, PETG or ABS is recommended (they offer better toughness and are less likely to break during assembly and disassembly).
• Printing Tips:Ensure good adhesion between the print and the heated bed during printing.
