I recommend using the 1.5 curly—it’s easy to fold, saves effort, and is durable.

Wear on the print cylinder is inevitable

If possible, upgrade to a reinforced nozzle head; this will slightly reduce the score.

You can use soft, airtight silicone around the wire guard, elbow, and cylinder to boost the score.

If the cylinder is too small, the effective travel may be less than 5 cm.
