Note:The square base plate for Tray 2 is optional and comes equipped with M3 screw mounting holes; you can secure it to your cabinet door using three M3 screws.
Description:
The internal space of electrical distribution boxes and cabinets is often tight, while the equipment generates significant heat. When paired with a turbo fan, this air guide helps efficiently exhaust internal heat.
Why choose a turbo fan?
Standard case cooling fans—such as the common 12 cm models—often deliver far less effective heat dissipation compared to turbo fans, primarily due to differences in airflow direction.
Important Notes:
- This base plate is designed to accommodate the 9733 turbo fan. Its primary purpose is to provide a smooth, flat surface for adhering 3M double‑sided tape, ensuring that the fan stays securely mounted on the cabinet door and is less likely to come loose (if the fan you’ve purchased already has a flat back side, you don’t need to print the base plate).
- Secure the base plate using two M3 x 45 screws and matching nuts.
- The air outlet nozzle measures 18 cm in width; if you require a different width, simply leave a message or send a private message—we’re happy to help customize the design for you.
