Placing an electric toothbrush on a cabinet not only makes it prone to tipping over, but the accumulated water at the base can also lead to mold growth, posing potential health risks. Since I couldn’t find a suitable holder for my Oral-B electric toothbrush online, I decided to design and 3D print one myself.
The raised pillars at the base are precisely sized to gently cradle the electric toothbrush, keeping it elevated away from standing water. The circular platform atop each pillar is slightly smaller than the sealing ring on my Oral-B electric toothbrush, ensuring that no water pools around the seal, thereby preventing mold buildup.
The tray at the bottom effectively collects any excess water, keeping the countertop dry and free from moisture damage.
