The lid features a pre‑installed molecular sieve compartment: when filled to about half capacity, the humidity drops to between 10% and 20% within 10 minutes (with indoor humidity ranging from 40% to 50%). The molecular sieve compartment lid is securely fastened with six 6mm‑diameter, 2.5mm‑thick magnets; if you’d prefer not to use magnets, you can easily secure the lid with self‑tapping screws instead.

Existing Issues:

1. To minimize material usage, the enclosure is made of PETG, which is slightly flexible—but this doesn’t affect functionality; just handle with care during assembly and disassembly.

2. When installing multiple units, the bottom lid’s snap‑fit mechanism can be tricky to open; you can rotate the unit to align the snap‑fit, though this will cause the temperature and humidity gauge to no longer sit vertically—though this does not impact usability.
