Materials Needed: LW2794 LED light board, matching touch dimmer switch, 2-pin USB-C connector cable, and a 2000 mAh lithium battery—ideally the 103450 size (though most e-commerce platforms bundle this with a smaller 400 mAh battery; we recommend purchasing each component separately, along with the 103450 lithium battery). Also required are M3 x 6 x 4 countersunk screws, thermal conductive double-sided tape (for securing the battery and light board), and 502 adhesive (to firmly attach the USB-C connector). Printable Components: The default print settings accommodate USB-C cables up to 25 mm in length. If your connector is longer, simply use the “Customize” feature online to adjust the design and download a version tailored to your specific cable length.

Assembly Guide:

1. First, print the main lamp frame and top plate. Install the battery, touch switch, and USB-C connector inside the main frame. Secure the battery using double-sided tape; for the touch switch, you can either insert it through the bottom circular hole (reusing the dual-hole design of the MH001 base) or mount the switch wires via the side-mounted hole in the frame (be sure to drill a 4.2 mm diameter hole in the lampshade or lamp base to accommodate the touch switch). When inserting the USB-C connector, apply a small dab of 502 adhesive to the outer edge of the metal housing to prevent play caused by manufacturing tolerances.

   Once everything is in place, use the screw posts shown in the diagram to neatly route the wiring.

   

2. Following the orientation shown in the diagram, secure the top plate to the main frame using four M3 x 6 x 4 countersunk screws. Be sure to align the openings and wire routing correctly, then apply double-sided tape to the top plate.

   

3. Install the light board and complete the wiring.

   

4. Place the fully assembled MH001Li into your existing MH001 LED base, ensuring the base’s cutouts align perfectly.

   

5. Screw on the lampshade, connect the power cable for charging, and you’re done!
