Hi everyone! I’m Qing Lu Ge—known by the same name across all platforms—and a multiple award‑winning 3D printing designer with experience on numerous platforms. This time, I’m excited to introduce you to an affordable alternative to ergonomic office chairs: the Lingxuan Wrist Rest Bracket Series.
I recently invested in an ergonomic chair, but for years—ever since I started working, studying, modeling, and gaming—I’d been relying on a simple Guangdong Province stool. After five long years of this setup, it wasn’t until I’d saved up a bit more that I finally made the switch to an ergonomic chair—and that’s when I truly discovered the magic of ergonomics!
I know many of you may not yet have the budget to upgrade, but that’s no problem—great gear is worth waiting for~
Given the current situation,if your desk is less than 60 cm deep or you don’t own an ergonomic chair, I highly recommend downloading and printing this wrist rest bracket to keep your arms from hanging in midair for extended periods. It helps relieve pressure on your wrists, arms, and shoulders, effectively mimicking the core functionality of ergonomic chair armrests—so you can sit at your computer for hours without worry, with a noticeably improved user experience!
Here are a few key advantages:
The height is perfectly aligned with your desk, ensuring a natural, ergonomic posture.
All contact surfaces feature chamfered edges, offering a smooth, non‑abrasive feel for safer, more comfortable use.
The open‑design ventilation keeps your wrists cool and prevents sweat buildup during long periods of sitting.
The flexible, arc‑shaped design allows for effortless movement—whether you’re typing or using a mouse, it fits naturally in your hand.
When playing mobile games, it securely supports your elbows, keeping your arms relaxed even during extended sessions.
The design prioritizes both structural strength and ease of printing and assembly.
Available in two models, these brackets can be freely combined and customized, offering even more versatility to suit a wide range of scenarios and needs.
Below is a step‑by‑step assembly guide
Note: We recommend using PETG + TPU filaments.PETG offers superior mechanical properties compared to PLA, while TPU enhances friction and grip. Beyond its primary applications, TPU has countless other uses—such as waterproof seals for water guns, sealing rings for faucets, keychains, anti‑slip foot pads, cushioning blocks, joystick caps for game controllers, and more. If you haven’t tried TPU filament yet, I highly encourage you to give it a shot—it’s a fantastic material with endless possibilities!
1. Start by removing the base and applying 502 glue to the designated TPU areas to increase friction.(Since TPU has extremely strong adhesion, it can be tricky to remove from the print bed. That’s why I designed the model with chamfered edges on the TPU components—making it much easier for you to carefully peel the TPU off after printing.)
To make things clearer, we’ve used different colors to distinguish certain parts.

2. Screw the threaded studs into the base.

3. Mount the base onto the edge of your desk and adjust it according to your desk’s thickness.

4. Take out the bracket arms and begin assembly.

5. Take out the wrist rest and its components, then proceed with assembly.

6. Finally, attach everything to the base.
