          Battery pack housing designed based on RC car and drone models

          

        Basic information;

        Supports securing the battery pack to the RC car or drone’s battery compartment using Velcro straps * (holes are drilled around the Velcro strap slots for enhanced PETG print strength)

        Internal volume can accommodate two 18650 cells, with flexible series‑parallel configurations

        Features an internal recessed surface designed to hold larger, thicker 1‑2S lithium battery protection boards

 

        The nested assembly structure allows for sealing with adhesive such as 704, providing a degree of water resistance (Note: wire harness outlets must also be sealed with adhesive)

        Two versions differ in cable exit locations—choose according to your preference

       

        Assembly requires four M2 self‑tapping screws, several Velcro straps, and waterproofing materials such as 704 silicone rubber if needed

         

        Note: We recommend printing with PETG filament, which offers superior strength compared to PLA
