IP Reproduction: Recreates Mickey’s iconic visual language, featuring a red base with white polka dots and black round ears. The color zoning is clear, making it well-suited for multi-color printing; no complicated post-processing is required to achieve the IP’s distinctive aesthetic.
Core Structure: Incorporates an integrated spring-loaded lift mechanism. Through optimized mechanical design, the tissue dispenser automatically raises when pulled, ensuring effortless dispensing from the first sheet to the last—eliminating the common pain point of difficulty in pulling tissues from the bottom of traditional boxes.
Process Optimization: The overall design employs a low-support architecture, eliminating overhanging structures during printing. The layer lines are fine and easy to sand, allowing direct multi-color printing to produce striking color contrasts. Compatible with a variety of filaments such as PLA and ABS, this design is accessible for DIY enthusiasts to replicate.
